ESI, Inc. was established by Wilbur Boyd Sr. as the first Florida State licensed employee leasing company in Florida. After Mr. Boyd's death, ESI was dormant for a period of several years. It was re-opened in 2003 by David Mundy, husband of Merrily May Mundy, the granddaughter of Wilbur Boyd Sr.

David Mundy brings many years experience in the employee leasing field, having been successful working for many employee leasing agencies. He had been consistently the top salesperson in every organization with which he was associated.

David decided that the most effective way to serve clients was to become a broker and thereby assist clients in finding the best company to serve their needs. Each business is unique and David felt (and still does) that each client must be aligned with a PEO that will recognize the individual needs of the client and tailor those needs of each client individually.

David is a native of Carrollton, Georgia. David learned his work ethic and discipline not only with his family's direction, but the time he spent at the prestigious military institute of the Citadel in South Carolina. David believes that each client is unique and special and needs to be serviced with the utmost respect and understanding.

David is married to Merrily, and has three children: Harrison, Waide, and Merrill. David has been successful for many years in the professional employment organizations field of business.

Dan was born and raised on Cape Cod, Mass. He served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam war. Once discharged, Dan went into banking and finance, and eventually served as a Police Officer while attending college. He was elected to the highest office in his town as a Selectman.

Dan has been in Florida since 1979, and has served the community in many ways. He has been a self-employed consultant since 1988. His expertise is in collections, sales, marketing and promotions. Dan is married to Kathleen and has five sons: Dan, Thomas, Shane, John and Jarrett.
